Privacy policy
Short version: we collect almost nothing, we don't track you across the internet, and we never sell or share anything you send us.
Who we are
ASPEN Lab is a brand strategy and identity studio. For any question about this policy or about data we hold, write to hello@aspen.studio.
What we collect
Only what you deliberately send us.
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email, business name, the package you selected, your timing and your message. This is processed by our hosting provider's form service and emailed to us.
- Emails and messages. Anything you send by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, kept as long as needed for the enquiry or the project.
- Basic server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser and page requested, for security and traffic counts. We do not use it to identify individuals.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookie banner, because there's nothing to consent to
- No Meta pixel, no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling
- No selling, renting or sharing your data with third parties
- No mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be on one
Fonts
This site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. That request may expose your IP address to Google. If you would rather we self host them, tell us and we will. It is a small change and a reasonable request.
How long we keep things
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence and files are kept for seven years to cover tax and contract record keeping.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it. There is no form to fill in, just email.
Confidentiality of client work
Anything you share during a project is confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is signed. That covers financials, plans and unreleased products. We publish finished work only after you've launched, and only with your agreement.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top. We won't quietly broaden what we collect.
