Five disciplines that only work together

We do not sell these separately because they do not work separately. A logo without positioning is decoration. Positioning without a system is a document nobody opens.

01 / Strategy

Decide what it stands for

Position
Audience

Before anything is drawn we settle three things. Who the business is for, what it can credibly claim, and what it will refuse to be. The last one is the hardest, and a brand that rules nothing out has no shape.

We map the competition, which in this market usually shows that everyone is saying the same four things. The gap is nearly always sitting there. Finding it costs less than outspending anybody.

You leave this stage with a written position you can hand to a new employee, a copywriter or a photographer and get consistent work back.

Positioning

Where you sit, against whom, and why that's defensible.

Target audience

Defined by behaviour and motivation, not demographics.

Value proposition

The one sentence that makes the decision for a customer.

Brand direction

The territory the identity will be built inside.

02 / Visual identity

Make it hold up

Mark
System

A visual system that makes the brand recognisable and credible, built to survive people who are not designers, on materials you have not thought of yet.

We design the failure cases too. What the mark does at sixteen pixels, in one colour, embroidered, etched, or sent to a supplier with nothing but a PDF. A system that only holds together inside the deck is not a system.

We write the rules for misuse as well. What happens when the logo is too small, printed in one colour, embroidered, or handed to a sign maker in Sweifieh with no brief.

Logo & wordmark

Primary, secondary, monogram, and every lockup you'll actually need.

Colour

Specified for screen, print, paint and fabric, not just hex codes.

Typography

Bilingual pairing, licensed properly, with a working type scale.

Design system

Grid, spacing, iconography, pattern, photographic direction.

03 / Brand messaging

Give it a voice

Voice
Message

How the brand speaks. Voice, language and the handful of messages that have to land, so it reads with authority rather than in whatever tone the last person to write a caption happened to be in.

Delivered as rules and worked examples rather than adjectives. "Confident and approachable" tells a copywriter nothing. A page of sentences you would and would not publish tells them everything.

Brand voice

How it sounds, with examples of what it never says.

Key messages

The four or five things that must land, ranked.

Taglines

Written to work in both scripts, or not written at all.

Copy direction

Templates and rules your team can follow.

04 / Brand experience

Design the meeting

Journey
Touchpoint

How people meet the brand, in order of how much each moment matters. For most businesses that order is nothing like the one they expect. The receipt, the delivery bag and the WhatsApp reply do more work than the billboard.

We design the operational touchpoints first. Get those right and skip the marketing ones and the brand still works. It never runs the other way.

Website direction

Art direction and structure. We can build it or brief your developer.

Product & packaging

Designed against real unit costs and real local suppliers.

Customer journey

Every point of contact, mapped and prioritised.

Touchpoints & consistency

Signage, uniforms, environment, documents, replies.

05 / Brand activation

Put it into the world

Launch
Rollout

Launching the brand and making sure it survives printers, sign makers, platform templates and whoever ends up posting to Instagram on a Thursday afternoon.

This is the stage most studios skip, and where most rebrands quietly die. A guideline PDF nobody opens has changed nothing.

Content

Templates and a starter set your team can extend without breaking.

Campaign

A launch concept sized to your actual budget.

Social presence

Grid system, caption rules, and what to stop doing.

Rollout & consistency

Supplier liaison and implementation checks across every platform.

Honest scope

What we do not do. Media buying, SEO retainers, influencer management, or anything that needs a team of fifteen. We are a brand studio instead of an agency, and pretending otherwise would waste your money.

Photography, illustration, development and print production come from collaborators we have worked with for years, directed by the studio. One point of contact, one invoice, no coordination on your side.

Next step

Which of these do you actually need?

Often less than you think. Tell us the situation and we will say so.
